After I moved to the south of France, life slowed down and fresh, local ingredients became a part of my everyday routine. Surrounded by vibrant markets, seasonal produce, and the richness of French cuisine, I found myself inspired to cook more often and recreate favorite dishes from both my new surroundings and past experiences.
